I could really use some good thoughts sent my way!

I am writing this from a hospital bed in the emergency room. Last night I fell in my home and broke my femur. The fracture is just below where the hip replacement. I am waiting to be transported to Regina, SK to have surgery.

This is not how I planned to bring in the New Year!

I will be updating my progress along the way!

Last month I was down sick with a terrible bout of the flu, on top of that I was also dealing with crippling migraines!
