Flu Shots Available – Canada

I am writing this post about flu shots being available because I lost my mother due to the flu in 2000

Please, if not for yourself, get the flu shot for those that love you. There are plenty of places that you can receive it.  I went to the Pharmacy that I deal with to receive mine.

So, dress warm, walk, drive, taxi, to the nearest location and be proactive and have a flu shot!

      Thank you!
      My mom was my best friend as an adult.
      She was 57 yrs old when she died. I miss her even now

        I lost my mom a month before she turned 50. I wish I had better communication with her but I loved her more than anyone else and it still hurts when I think of her.

    I think I told you this already, but I went and got a flu shot after reading this post.
    I’m sorry for your losing your mother to something no one should ever have to pass from. Flu Shots are important and I’m glad you reminded me to get mine.

      Yes, no one should die from the flu, but, every year we hear of hundreds dying from it.
      The elderly and children are always at risk.
      My mother was only 57 when she died from it. Way too young!
